Method 1: Bypass FRP Using the Google Keyboard and Chrome

Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi

  1. Turn on your Alcatel TCL LX A502D and select your language.
  2. Connect the device to a Wi-Fi network. Make sure you are connected before proceeding.

Step 2: Access the Keyboard Settings

  1. When you reach the Google Account Verification screen, tap on the email or phone number field to bring up the keyboard.
  2. Press and hold the "@" symbol or tap the Settings icon on the keyboard.
  3. Select Google Keyboard Settings.

Step 3: Use the Help & Feedback

  1. In the Google Keyboard Settings, scroll down and tap on Help & Feedback.
  2. Type "Use Google Keyboard" in the search bar, then select the first result.
  3. Tap on the text in the help article, press and hold it, then choose Web Search to open Chrome.

Step 4: Download the FRP Bypass APK

  1. In the Chrome browser, search for FRP Bypass APK and find a reliable source to download it.
  2. Download the APK file to your device.

Step 5: Install the FRP Bypass APK

  1. Once downloaded, tap on the APK file to install it. You may need to enable Unknown Sources by going to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources.
  2. Follow the prompts to install the app.

Step 6: Bypass the Google Account

  1. Open the FRP Bypass app after installation.
  2. You should see an option to either remove the existing Google account or log in with a new Google account.
  3. Choose to log in with a new Google account or remove the existing one.

Step 7: Restart the Device

  1. After successfully bypassing the FRP lock, restart your Alcatel TCL LX A502D.
  2. Go through the setup process, and you should no longer be prompted for the previous Google account credentials.

Method 2: Using a PC Tool

If the first method does not work, you can use a PC tool to bypass the FRP lock.

Step 1: Download an FRP Tool

  1. Download a reliable FRP bypass tool such as Tenorshare 4uKey, FRP Bypass Tool, or SP Flash Tool.
  2. Install the tool on your computer.

Step 2: Connect Your Device

  1. Connect your Alcatel TCL LX A502D to your PC using a USB cable.
  2. Ensure that the device is recognized by the computer.

Step 3: Enter Download Mode

  1. Power off your device.
  2. To enter Download Mode, hold the Volume Up + Power buttons until the device boots into the mode.

Step 4: Use the Tool to Bypass FRP

  1. Open the FRP bypass tool on your computer.
  2. Follow the tool's specific instructions to bypass the FRP lock.
  3. Once completed, the tool should inform you that the FRP has been bypassed.

Step 5: Restart the Device

  1. After the FRP lock has been removed, restart your Alcatel TCL LX A502D.
  2. You can now set up your device without being asked for the previous Google account credentials.
